The Somatic Enneagram is not the only practice that can lead us to experiences of reconciliation. But it brings a method which enables us to approach and include the parts of ourselves that we have hidden away but yet which drive our everyday life, so that they can be fully heard and received. Then they can start to relax – this is what “learning to relax your type” really means. This is not therapy (although it can be used by therapists) - all of us can learn how to do this inquiry. It is intensely practical – it can bring an ability to live more resourcefully, skilfully, humbly and receptively in all parts of our body and our life. Come along and experience for yourself!
