This session will give some background about the origins of Two Way Prayer Meditation and how it is connected to Twelve Step recovery wisdom. There will be an opportunity to experience the practice and to then explore how Two Way Prayer Meditation can enrich our Enneagram work.
About Phyllis Jordan
Phyllis Jordan is based in Mayo, Ireland. She is passionate about the wisdom of the Enneagram and offers workshops and typing sessions online and in-person, and runs monthly online panels with her colleagues at Enneagram West of Ireland. Phyllis certified as a narrative Enneagram teacher in 2013 and she has facilitated groups and panels both online and in-person since that time.
She is also a qualified Spiritual guide and a Kairos energy healer. She holds a deep heart connection to the wisdom of Twelve Step recovery and Two Way Prayer. As an Enneagram guide, Phyllis draws on all of these sources and weaves them together when working with clients. Phyllis holds a B.Sc. in Clinical Speech and Language Studies from Trinity College, Dublin.
She works with the Health Service in the West of Ireland and has specialised in the field of Dyslexia
